Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 21, Rule 11–On the objection filed by the respondent with regard to maintainability of the execution proceedings, the Execution Court issued the direction to the petitioner to file transfer certificate for transfering the execution petition–Premises is situated in Jaipur, hence, the petitioner has right to file an execution application in Jaipur–Execution Court had jurisdiction to entertain the execution proceedings–Impugned orders are liable to be set aside.
