Specific Relief Act, 1963–Sec. 6–Decree of suit–Plea of appellant-defendants that the Trial Court has exceeded the jurisdiction and has decided so many issues–The suit under this provision would confine to adjudication, whether the plaintiffs were in possession within six months of the suit land from which they were forcefully dispossessed–The Court exercising jurisdiction u/s. 6 cannot go beyond that–Impugned order set aside and matter remitted back for deciding afresh according to law.
