Motor Vehicles Act, 1988–Sec. 149–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 41, Rule 27–Tribunal exonerated the Insurance Company from the liability on the ground that the owner of bus failed to produce the effective permit and fitness certificate of vehicle–These documents have been produced at appellate stage and admitted by respondent-Insurance Company–Impugned findings over the issue of liability are set aside and all the non-claimants are hold jointly and severally liable for paying compensation.
