Rajasthan Imposition of Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings Act, 1973–Sec. 15(2)–Re-opening of ceiling case–Earlier, the SDM passed the order on 24.12.1976 that no surplus land was found and the proceedings were dropped–Re-opening of matter on 22.01.1993 i.e. after the lapse of seven years was time barred–But BOR did not consider this aspect in the appeal–Impugned order passed in appeal set aside and matter remanded back for deciding afresh.
