Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 342, 347, 504, 506 & 116–Maintenance & Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007–Secs. 23 & 24–High Court quashed the FIR against respondent nos. 4 & 5–Respondent no. 4 had left for UK and was staying there–Vague and general allegations were levelled against them–Delay in registration of FIR–The role allegedly played by the 4th and 5th respondent is within the special knowledge of the appellant and she cannot improve upon what she had stated in her earlier complaint/letters even if the investigation proceeds against them –Interference declined.
