Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023–Sec. 447–Prayer to transfer the appeal before the other Court–Acceptability–Petitioner sought the adjournment on the ground that his grandmother has expired–Lack of adjournment by the Appellate Court cannot be a valid ground for transfer of the appeal–Mere suspicion by the party that he will not get justice would not justify demand of transfer–Further, lack of explanation in the order sheet can not rise to the level of bias or a denial of justice–No reason is made out for transfer the appeal.
