Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 427–Prayer that the sentences in all twelve cases awarded to petitioner may be ordered to run concurrently–Learned Trial Courts have not exercised the discretion with respect to the concurrency of sentences–Held, sentences passed in all cases would run concurrently–However, the petitioner would be required to pay the fine amount, imposed upon him in the aforementioned cases or else, he shall undergo default sentences separately and consecutively.
