Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 91–Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 65-B–Permission to produce the certificate u/s 65-B of the Act was granted by allowing the application–If any evidence is essential for the just decision of the case, same can be summoned at any stage of trial or inquiry–Right of fair trial cannot be denied to accused–Summoning of call details or location of witness would not cause any harm to the party of the litigation–Interference declined.
