Motor Accident Claims–Age of Claimants/Deceased–Tribunals are directed to take the additional documents as regards the age of relevant parties in addition to Adhar Card–If the requisite documents are not produced, it should suo motu direct for production of the documents under the provisions of Order 11, Rules 12 & 14 of CPC–Necessary affidavits should also be produced–Claim can be rejected by invoking the provisions of Order 11, Rule 21 or if the unnecessary delay is caused, Tribunal is competent to decline from granting the interest for the relevant period–Directions issued.
