Motor Vehicles Act, 1988–Sec. 10(2)–Whether a person having the driving licence to drive HMV can be held entitled to drive LMV ?–Held, yes–Possessing a licence to drive HMV must be seen as sufficient qualification for a person to drive LMV as the mechanism to drive the both is the same–A person cannot have a driving licence to drive a heavy motor vehicle unless he earlier had a licence to drive light motor vehicle for at least one year–Review petition deserves to be allowed.
