Rajasthan Land Acquisition Act, 1953–Sec. 5A–Proceedings of acquisition were commenced in the year 1981 and these were challenged by prefering the writ petitions–It would be appropriate to grant the opportunity to the parties concerned to submit the objections u/s. 5A afresh regarding the acquisition proceedings in question–Directed accordingly.
