Possession–Suit for–Decreed–Appreciation of–Nothing in the statements of appellant as regard to adverse possession–It is clear that part of plot was wrongfully sold by C to appellant–Appellant failed to prove the transfer of undisputed title and undisputed possession of the land by way of the sale deed executed by C in his favour–Plaintiff abled to prove his wrongful dispossession and wrongful act of C in selling the plot–Held, suit was rightly decreed.
