Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 341, 323/149, 324/149, 365/149, 382, 147 & 148–Conviction and sentence–Incident took place in the year 2006–Petitioner nos. 1 to 3 have undergone a period of 27 days incarceration–They suffered the mental agony and trauma of protracted trial–It would be just and proper to reduce the sentence up to the period of already undergone.
