Sec. 151 & Order 22, Rule 9–Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 9–Application for impleadment of wife and son of the deceased-plaintiff was allowed and application for abatement of suit was dismissed–Plea of petitioner that the sisters of plaintiff should also be impleaded as the party–Suit for eviction–Estate of plaintiff would be represented by the first class heirs–The suit is for eviction and not qua the rights relating to the ownership of the property–Further, the tenant has no locus standi to aver as to who would be the legal representative of the plaintiff land-lord–Furthermore, the application under Order 1, Rule 10, filed by the sisters of plaintiff has been rejected–Plea deserves to be negated.
