Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 113-A–Conditions required to be satisfied before invoking the provision-
(1) the woman has committed suicide,
(2) such suicide has been committed within a period of seven years from the date of her marriage,
(3) Her husband or his relatives, who are charged, had subjected her to cruelty.
