Maintenance & Welfare of Parents & Senior Citizens Act, 2007–Secs. 23, 4 & 5–Tribunal proceeded in a haste manner and passed the order without granting the opportunity of filing the reply–If there was an apprehension as regard to alienation of property, Tribunal could have passed an appropriate order–Impugned order is suffering from violation of principle of natural justice–Quashed and set aside and directed to pass a fresh order.
