Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 439 & 2(wa)–The victim is a necessary party to be added in all the bail matters arising out of a criminal act committed against the victim as defined u/s. 2(wa)–Directed to implead the victim as party-respondent and issue the notice through both processes.
