Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 376/511–Conviction–Appreciation of–Prosecutrix stated that the appellant caught hold her and tried to rape her by sitting over her–PW 4 & 5 corroborated her version–Prosecutrix was aged 11 years–She was not known to appellant–Nothing on record to say that she made the wrong statements–PW 6 & 2 are the witnesses of the admission of the appellant–Sentence is also proper–Held, no case is made out for interference.
