Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 16–Scope–No khatedari rights shall accrue over the land which is used for casual or occasional cultivation in the bed of the river or tank, land covered by water and being used for the purpose of growing singhara or other like product, land acquired or held for public purpose or a work of public utility and the land which has been set apart or in the opinion of Collector necessary for the flow of water into any revservior or tank of drinking of a village or for surrounding villages.
