Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988–Sec. 19–Prosecution sanction–Legality–Challenge to–Impugned order is speaking order which was passed after considering the oral evidence as well as documentary evidence–It cannot be said that the order was influenced by the draft of ACB–Some technical and trivial errors would not affect the sanctity of sanction order–Competent Authority consciously scrutinized the whole record produced by the prosecution and applied his independent mind taking into consideration all the relevant facts–Interference declined.
