Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 88–Claim of tenancy rights on the basis of will and adoption–Both were considered and determined by BOR against respondent–Order passed by BOR attained finality as it was never challenged–Respondent filed fresh subsequent proceedings on the same grounds by suppressing the fact of earlier litigation and obtained the order in his favour–He is guilty for playing fraud on Court–Impugned orders passed by the Revenue Authorities in subsequent proceedings cannot be sustained.
