Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 173(8)–Investigation Agency left some facts unattended, but these facts have been referred by the prosecution during the course of the hearing the statements of the wife of the deceased and the sister of the accused which could have been very relevant but were not recorded, statements of the lawyer where a meeting was held for the purpose of compromise between the parties for the premise of which the habeas corpus petition was withdrawn and statements of the friend of deceased who forwarded the chat, were not recorded–CDR was not annexed with the charge-sheet–It would be appropriate to direct for conduct the further investigation and file a supplementary charge-sheet.
