Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998–Secs. 34 & 39–Registration Act, 1908–Sec. 49–Application for impounding the sale agreement–DIsmissal of–Suit for specific performance–In the suit for specific performance, if the document is not sufficiently stamped, then recourse of Sec. 39 can be taken–Trial Court is directed to take the recourse of getting the document properly stamped.
