Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 27–Recovery–Reliability–Recovery of one school bag at the instance of the appellant–There were two bags involved in the entire evidence which belong to the two deceased children–High Court considered the evidence of recovery in isolation with the other testimonies–Further, it is also not recovered beside the dead bodies itself on the day of the inquest by police, then how could a bag be recovered at the instance of the disclosure statements of the appellant–Unreliable evidence.
