Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 482 & 173–High Court allowed the investigation to continue against the accused but directed that the final report cannot be submitted without its permission–The interim direction amounted to an unnecessary interference in the investigation process envisaged under the Cr.P.C.–Draft of charged-sheet was submitted before the High Court in pursuance of directions–The High Court transgressed the scope of the powers from submitting the charge sheet before the Magistrate and by further perusing the contents of the draft charge sheet in the proceedings before it.
