Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 136–Application for correction in revenue entries–Allowed–Appreciation of–Name of N was existed in earlier jamabandies but it was deleted in jamabandi of Svt. 2055 to 2058–M was the wife of deceased-khatedar and his successor–Name of khatedar tenant recorded in jamabandi cannot be deleted without there being an order of competent authority passed after giving him an opportunity of hearing–Deletion of her name was apparently an error which was rightly rectified by invoking the provisions of Sec. 136.
