Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2000–Sec. 12–Trial Court held the accused-respondent juvenile after holding the enquiry–Inquiry was not conducted in proper manner–Except the principal of school, no other witness was examined on behalf of accused–Neither the parents of accused were examined nor the person who filled the admission register and in whose knowledge the entries in register were made at the time of admission of the accused was produced–Inquiry is not proper–Impugned order set aside and trial Court is directed to hold inquiry in accordance with law.
