Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 20, Rule 5–A suit in which issues have been framed, the Court is required to state it’s findings or decision, with the reasons therefore, upon each separate issue, unless the findings upon any one or more of the issue is sufficient for the decision of the suit.
