Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 41-A–Arrest of petitioners was not made by following the procedure of arrest–There was a number of violations in arrest and seizure–Petitioners working as doctor and advocate–Officers of State played with the liberty of petitioners–Each of petitioner is entitled to get the compensation of Rs. five lakh–It will be open for the State to proceedings against the erring officials.
