no demand of dowry prior to marriage or at the time of marriage–He also admitted that no panchayat was occasioned–Deceased was pregnant at the time of her suicide–What motivated or compelled her to take this extreme decision step, is not satisfied by the prosecution–Inconsistencies and contradictions in the testimony of witnesses–Held, conviction cannot be sustained.
