Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 31–Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 376(f)/302/201–Conviction for several offences in one trial–Order up to the effect that the sentence will run consecutively–Justification–Appellant was convicted for the offence of life imprisonment–Life imprisonment means the imprisonment for the full and complete span of life–Therefore, in such cases, the Proviso to Sec. 31(2) shall not come into play and the consecutive sentence cannot be imposed–Sentence will run concurrently.
