certified copies of power of attorney by way of secondary evidence–Rejection of–Justification–Certified copies were issued by the Court and there was no reason to doubt the genuineness thereof–Case of petitioner that the original power of attorney had misplaced from the case file of the complaint which was filed earlier in year 2000–Power of attorney is required to satisfy the Court regarding the authority of the person filing the complaint on behalf of actual complainant–Hyper technical approach in rejecting the application–Court below is directed to take the certified copies on record.
