Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 27–Recovery of clothes of deceased–Reliability–It is unbelievable that the accused who had the opportunity to destroy the clothes of deceased, would keep the worthless articles secured so that these could be recovered later–Further, none of prosecution witnesses including J, brother of deceased was made to identify the clothes as being of deceased–Evidence is not convincing.
