Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 439(2)–Cancellation of bail–Primary considerations–Court is required to consider whether the accused is likely to tamper with the evidence or interfere or attempt to interfere with the due course of justice or evade the due course of justice–Bail can also be cancelled if the order of granting bail is suffering from serious infirmities resulting in miscarriage of justice.
