Land Acquisition Act, 1894–Secs. 4 & 6–No proceedings were taken in pursuance of the subsequent notifications/declarations issued in the year 1983–Appellants were dispossessed in pursuance of the notification issued in 1963–Dispossession without resorting any legal provision of law–Possession of appellants deserves to be restored–However, the residential colony has been constructed upon the land hence the award be passed on the date 12.2.2013.
