Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302/34, 397/34, 364/34 & 201–Conviction–Appreciation of–Circumstantial evidence–Appellants were seen while beating and throwing the deceased from jeep–Jeep was found in the possession of appellants and bids and piece of bloodstains were found in the jeep and on its tyres–Identification of deceased by PW-19–Kanthi and timaniya were found missing from her body–These were recovered at the instance of appellants–Tyre marks of the jeep were found on the spot–Held, conviction was justified.
