Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 1, Rules 9 & 10–Suit for redemption of mortgage–Impleadment of daughters and son in law as the party by filing the application under Order 1, Rule 10–Effect of latter impleadment of parties–If all persons having interest either in the mortgage security or in the right of redemption, are not made parties, suit will not be liable to be dismissed–If an effective decree can be passed and rights of those parties not before the Court, can be properly safeguarded even in the absence of some of the parties, suitable relief shall not be denied to the plaintiff on this ground.
