Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 482 Limits of inherent powers–Held, no provision of Cr.P.C. can limit or affect the inherent powers of High Court to make such orders as may be necessary to give effect to any order under the Code or to prevent the abuse of process of the Court or otherwise to secure the ends of justice.
