I–Conviction u/s. 302–Evidence of case revealing that the incident took place as the accuseds were stoppedfrom gambling in front of shop of deceased–No case of conspiracy between the accuseds to commit the offence–However, both the appellants J & A caused single knife injury with such force that three ribs were cut and Heart was injured–Nature of injuries and force used by appellants clearly show that they were having the intention to commit murder–Held, appellants J & A wererightly convicted u/s. 302.
