Guardian & Wards Act, 1890–Secs. 7 & 8–Decree in regard to custody of minor child–Maternal grandmother was declared the guardian till attaining majority–Child is living happily with father–He is neither apprehensive nor uncomfortable–Non-applicant-father having no issue from second marriage–Decree of custody modified accordingly.
