Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 300–Clause thirdly–Scope–Things which should be established for bringing the case in the ambit of provision–Held, the following things should be proved-
(i) bodily injury is present,
(ii) the nature of the injury must be proved,
(iii) intention to inflict the particular injury should be proved No room should be left to say that the injury was accidental or unintentional,
(iv) it must be proved that the injury caused was of such type which was sufficient to cause death in the ordinary course of nature.
