Criminal Trial–Second complaint on the grounds of same facts–Earlier,the FIR was lodged by complainant in which the parties entered into compromise and police filed the negative final report with concluding that no incident had taken place–Complainant was agreed with negative final report and trial Court accepted the same–Present complaint relates to same duration and trial Court did not assign any reason for discarding the negative final report–Continuation of proceedings would tentamount to abuse of process of Court–Quashed.
