Appropriate Multiplier–Deceased was aged 28 years–While computing the compensation, Tribunal applied the multiplier of 8–High Court enhanced it up to 13–Held, in view of the judgment of Sarla Verma, multiplier of 17 should be applied–Compensation enhanced accordingly.
