Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 39, Rule 7–Scope–Court would
not appoint the Commissioner under this provision to enter on the land of a stranger to the suit and prepare an inventory of the property nor it would submit a report relating to books and documents which are not the subject matter of suit and only evidenciary in character–Commissioner is required to confine to inspect the property which is the subject matter of suit.
