Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 302–Conviction–Appreciation of–Eye witness PW-1 was accompanied the deceased when the incident occurred–Nothing could be elicited in spite of his cross-examination–Blood stained clothes were recovered from the possession of appellants–PW-1 immediately informed the brother of deceased about the incident–Prompt FIR–Held, the conviction was justified.
