Criminal Trial–Motive–Establishment–From the evidence of witnesses, motive cannot be imputed exclusively to the appellant as it could be equally attributed on the other persons–Trial Court did not record the concreate findings on motive attributed on appellant S–Further, the evidence of motive can be used to corroborate the other pieces of evidence to bring home the guilt of accused–Prosecution failed to prove beyond all manners of doubt that the appellant had a motive to murder the deceased.
