Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 438–Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 304B & 498A–Bail application–As per the post-mortem report, no symptoms suggesting that the deceased had consumed insecticide poison, were found–Investigation Officer admitted that he did not find any material indicating the deceased was subjected to harassment in connection with dowry demand–PW 3 also admitted that no dowry was demanded–Petitioner is aged about 25 years and he is in custody from 30.11.2022–Bail deserves to be granted subject to certain conditions.
