Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988–Sec. 20–Presumption under–When would be drawn–An amount which may appear to be a demand made by an accused, has been passed to the accused, then a presumption u/s. 20 is made against him–The burden of proof of rebutting the same lies on the shoulders of the accused.
