Prevention of Corruption Act, 1985–Sec. 19–Prosecution sanction–Under challenge–Petitioner has given the liberty to raise the objection at the final stage–If the trial Court finds the prosecution sanction illegal or null, the consequence would be the acquittal of petitioner–Held, no irregularity or illegality or error is found in the impugned order.
