Sec. 376–Rape–Injuries on the body of deceased–Injuries noted by
medical officer on the private parts of deceased were so deep that they could not have been caused by penetrative sexual assault by a human being–Frontal wall of vagina was intact but interior wall of vagina was found torned right upto the rectum–These injuries appears to be a result of the external blow– Marks of mutilation by animal bites were also noticed by the doctor–Injuries cannot be held the result of rape.
